Every year, the City of Vancouver and Park Board seek feedback on a variety of topics, including citywide strategic plans like the Zero Waste Strategy, neighbourhood plans, and operational plans like the budget.
We want to hear from you. Join TalkVancouver, take a questionnaire, or come out to a public event. Your feedback provides us insight into how we should shape our city.
Don't miss out on having your say. Learn about our active consultation activities.
Get notified about ways to give your feedback by joining our online community panel of over 12,000 Vancouverites.
The Vancouver Plan will be a strategic, long-range plan that collectively guides our city to 2050 and beyond. It will reflect the diverse voices of those who live, work, and play here.
The Vancouver Plan is intended to create a strategy that allows Vancouver to become a more sustainable, inclusive, and affordable city.
The plan will address issues such as long-term land use and transportation directions, housing affordability, environmental and social health, and the need to better leverage long-term public investments.Read more
Co-op Housing Lease Renewal Scenarios
Co-ops have offered residents affordable, community-focused housing options for decades.
More than 50 co-ops across Vancouver are leased on land which is owned by the City, and some of these land leases are about to expire.
This means that new leases need to be negotiated. We want to be mindful of the interests of existing co-op residents, while also being aware of the long-term interests of all Vancouver residents, including future generations.Read more
